All rights reserved. Unauthorized use or reproduction of coyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. Why did you want to become a model?
I wanted to become a model, because it's one of the only jobs I'm aware of that you can get paid to smile =]

How did you get started in modeling?
I got signed to Seattle Models Guild in Seattle, and then to Photogenics in Los Angeles.

How has your life changed after you involved?
I model full time, and no longer have to tell people the price of bananas or what aisle the plungers are on!

What is your favorite part about being a model?
I love that its fast, and different every day. You experience something new, every single job!

What are your likes and dislikes about modeling?
I love most everything about modeling, I can't really find a complain except for the driving =]

What are the qualities for you to be model?
I'm still learning myself haha! But so far what I have found is if you are confident, and are just yourself, then it tends to work a bit better..

Who are your influences?
My friends from back home (WA). I loved watching them do shoots, and I always think of that and how much I wanted to do it, and how grateful I am to now be in this position!

What types of assignments are you attracted most?
I love love love runway! Its so much fun! But really I enjoy every aspect of modeling.

What was the hardest challenge for you?
Well, Im still learning every part of modeling, because I think its impossible to perfect a profession like this, but my height, 6'2” was a challenge for me sometimes back home.

What are your most memorable modeling experiences? It could be good or bad...
I remember every single modeling gig I have done, because they all have been a blast, and I have learned something new everytime! But I would have to say the first time I worked with a photographer who made me do dance moves and motions for the first time was quite the experience! I felt like a fool, but someone had to do it! I loved it!

What would bring a smile to your face?
Happy people. And me doing what I love. I am a happy person, so it takes a lot for me not to smile =]

What would be your "dream job" in life?
This. I am pursuing my dream job as we speak! It's amazing, and Im enjoying the entire ride!

What projects are you currently working on?
I just shot for a local Los Angeles store, Planet Funk, and will be in the new Kelly Clarkson video!

What are your future plans?
To continue with modeling, and hopefully very soon, make my way into acting.

What's the best advice ever given to you?
“No one is going to chase your dreams for you. You have to use the legs you have and run after them yourself.”

What are some Do's and Don'ts in the business that you have learned?
Well, Im pretty new to this still, so I would have to say that learning the do's and don'ts in this business is a work in progress!

What sort of tips or advice would you give somebody who is looking to modeling?
Don't give up. Keep trying and keep trying, and if no one will help you, find it yourself. If you keep going, someone will see your effort. Don't give up.

Is there anything else, to say, we did not ask?
Not that I'm aware of! Haha!

Thank you . We've enjoyed talking to you.
